***TWEEL***

In the year of 2005 "Michelin" showed to public something really NEW.....It was a "TweeL".
What is "Tweel"?? Tweel is radically new kind of wheels which millions of people use on their cars every day. The differences between them that tweels are an airless, integrated tyre in combination with wheel. Tweels gives much more ability than ordinary wheels, such as to climb stairs etc., in other words tweels offering mobility freedom. So use the tweels and offroad will not be a hindrance for you!!
Beyond these first real-world application, Michelin has additional projects for Tweel on construction skidsteers and a variety of military vehicles. So I hope this idea will be accepted by people and one day we all will use these today's new technology as an ordinary thing.

Waterless Urinal

In my opinion, waterless urinals won't be popular the next few years, but in our world with scarce resources, waterless urinals will become in demand, because idea of saving any resources will be much stronger in the nearest future and also there is a possibility that "BrightWater" Company will improve their waterless urinals and make them much better.
Nowadays "ZeroFlush" waterless urinal has no analogues in the world, and it has many advantages such as saving 150 000 liters of pure water by one urinal every year, low maintenance, possibility to use it an impressive 15 000 times before any maintenance is required, lower installation costs – with no water supply pipework, cisterns or flush control valves and of course, very attractive pay back period of under 12 months.
I calculated that If we equip one of ours residences, for example Blackwell, where stays 38 students, by 6 waterless urinals of the model ZF101 and they will be used 12 times a day, the investment payback will be within 328 days. But it would work only if all residence's stayers were males!
